Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:Identity and contact information – name, email address, phone number.Trip details – pickup and drop-off locations, and flight number (used to schedule and coordinate your transfer, including tracking flight arrival times).Payment information – billing details processed via secure third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.Communications – records of correspondence, quote requests, and enquiries submitted through our contact forms, email, or social media channels.Technical information – IP address, browser type, device information, and website usage data collected via cookies, analytics, and social media tracking tools.We do not collect passport details, and we do not process international travel bookings or transfer customer data overseas as part of arranging travel itineraries.

We collect personal information:Directly from you, when you request a quote, make a booking, contact us, or subscribe to communications.Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our website.From third parties, such as travel partners, airlines, accommodation providers, or payment processors, where necessary to arrange or confirm your travel.Where practicable, we collect personal information directly from the individual concerned, in accordance with IPP 2.

We collect and use personal information to:Provide quotes and arrange your pickup, drop-off, and transfer service.Track flight numbers to adjust pickup times for delays or early arrivals.Communicate with you about your enquiries, bookings, or our services.Process payments and maintain financial records.Improve our website, services, and customer experience.Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.Send marketing communications, where you have consented (you may opt out at any time).We will not collect personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary for these purposes (IPP 1).
 

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:Drivers and transfer partners engaged to carry out your pickup or drop-off, limited to the trip details needed to complete the job (name, contact number, pickup/drop-off location, flight number).Payment processors to complete transactions.Service providers who assist us with IT hosting, website analytics, or communications, under confidentiality obligations.Social media and advertising platforms (see Section 7) where you interact with us through those channels.Regulatory or law enforcement bodies, where required by law.We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not transfer customer data overseas as part of arranging travel bookings. Any use of overseas-based service providers (such as cloud hosting or analytics platforms) is covered under Section 8.

 

6. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve functionality and analyse site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, this may affect the functionality of our website.

 

7. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

We maintain profiles on social media platforms, including WhatsApp, TripAdvisor, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. We take reasonable steps, in accordance with IPP 5, to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, or disclosure. This includes physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.Personal information may be stored on servers located in New Zealand or overseas (including via cloud service providers).

 

9. Retention of Information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by law (for example, tax and financial record-keeping obligations), in accordance with IPP 9.

 

10. Your Rights – Access and Correction

Under IPP 6 and IPP 7, you have the right to:

- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.

- Request correction of any information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will respond within the timeframes required by the Privacy Act 2020 (generally within 20 working days). We may need to verify your identity before providing access.

 

11. Children's Information

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Where travel bookings involve minors, information is collected from the responsible adult making the booking.
